Getting Married is known as “7 steps to heaven”
Step One. You need to decide on what type of wedding ceremony and reception you would like. This can be standing on the sand, in a church, in a chapel or overlooking the ocean with a red carpet and archway or pergola, in hotel grounds in custom made luxury wedding surroundings, on a yacht, in a rustic restaurant or maybe at a viewpoint overlooking the world below. Then decide if you want the ceremony and the reception to be in the same location, ie, in hotel grounds. Or would you travel from your wedding ceremony after the service to the meal location if it meant you having what you want. We will then check availability and reserve them in our name once you have confirmed guest numbers and a rough budget.
Step Two. To book your wedding we will ask you to fill out a booking form to book your wedding celebrant, priest or minister and then the process begins. We will communicate with you via email and telephone if you wish to organise every step of your wedding. It is like having your very own personal assistant on call to answer your questions 7 days a week. You are a person to us and not just a number. At this stage your wedding celebrant will be booked and you are now secure that you have the priest, minister, pastor or wedding celebrant booked for your chosen date.
Step Three. Once agreed with you regarding the venue for the ceremony and the reception, then this venue is now contracted into your name. Then the wedding, blessing or renewal of vows venue is 100% guaranteed that it is now yours. So now we have booked the venue for you and booked the wedding celebrant. Now you can take a few days to decide what package you would like. We have wedding, blessing and renewal of vow packages or we can totally tailor make your requirements to our services as all packages are totally flexible to mix and match.
Step Four. The excitement begins. We start to build your wedding with you step by step. Organising flowers, make up, wedding hairdressers, wedding photographers, decoration, entertainment and transport. We work for you and not the venue therefore we become the negotiators. We will go back again and again and fight to make sure we get you the best possible price. Venues want our business and we have been known to cut your venues advertised prices at all times. We are old school workers and we visit each provider many times until we get the best price and we are happy with what we are getting. Each wedding is unique and you are our number one priority. We are your personal assistants to work with you every step of the way. Or if you wish we will do everything and you sit back.
Step Five. Time to send us your final guest list and table plan and let us know once again if there are any allergies or special requirements and also if there are any special drink requirements. Your guest list and table plan will be given to the venue on file.
Step Six. We want you to relax. Everything is in order, nothing is forgotten and you are checked and checked again with your checklist that we have
Step Seven. Welcome to Tenerife. We meet you the day after you arrive and run through once again everything with you, while you relax under the sunbed drinking a cocktail and we help you prepare your pre party night. All this so far with no cost.
