Full Wedding Planning is for couples who want to hand the entire organisation to one accountable person and know from the first conversation exactly who that is.

From the first idea to the last dance
Before the wedding
It starts with a first conversation where we take in what you have in mind and shape a plan around your budget. We search for the right venue, talk through costs as we go, and bring in the suppliers you need – photography, florist, music, cake, transport, décor & more – handling all communication and coordination with them directly. From there we build a personal timeline for your day, advise on symbolic ceremony options, and recommend accommodation for you and your guests, plus a restaurant or welcome event if you'd like one. Throughout planning, you have unlimited email support and scheduled video calls.
On the wedding day
On the day itself, we're there in person from setup until the last guest leaves – one dedicated point of contact for you and your guests. We coordinate every supplier, manage the full day's timeline, and personally welcome your guests on arrival. Ceremony, drinks reception and dinner run into each other without anyone needing to ask what's next, and if anything unexpected comes up, we handle it discreetly and professionally, so it never touches your day. We stay through to the agreed finishing time.

Pricing depends on venue, guest numbers and your budget, and we talk it through openly on the first call, before anything is booked. Every booking runs on a written proposal and a signed contract before any money changes hands, so you always know exactly where you stand.

How it starts
