A venue coordinator works for the venue. We work for you — making sure the timing between your florist, photographer and caterer actually lines up, and stepping in the moment something doesn't go to plan. Over 30 years on the island, one dedicated point of contact, a trusted network of local suppliers — no call centre, no being passed from person to person. This matters most when you've already booked plenty yourselves: the more suppliers involved, the more someone needs to hold the timeline together on the day itself.
After a personal consultation, we build or fine-tune your wedding-day timeline and coordinate everything that's still open — liaising with your venue, caterer and any other supplier already booked. On the day, we're the one point of contact for everyone involved, make sure the planned timeline actually happens, and look after the two of you personally. On request, we also put together a decor concept matched to your style, including sourcing and set-up or breakdown scaled to what you need.
We'll talk through guest count, date and exact venue, your preferred style and colour palette, decor and flowers, ceremony and reception areas, set-up and breakdown, and how much on-the-day support you want. Since your venue and catering are usually already booked separately, we price this service around the actual scope of your day — you'll get a clear, itemised quote after a first conversation, before you decide on anything.

On-the-Day Coordination

You've already booked your venue, arranged your suppliers and built your timeline — maybe even negotiated directly with vendors who don't speak much English. What you don't want on the day itself is to still be the one chasing a late delivery or explaining a timing change to three different suppliers. Some hotels offer their own on-site coordinator — but that person represents the venue, not your suppliers, your timeline or you. We step in from the morning of your wedding day and become your one point of contact for everyone involved.
Four to six weeks before, we review your existing supplier agreements and your plan for the day, then build a detailed run sheet. On the day, every question from suppliers, venue staff or guests comes to us — not to you: we're on-site from setup, covering up to 12 hours. If something goes off-script, we handle it on-site — you find out only what you actually need to. If the day runs longer than that, we'll tell you upfront what an extra hour costs — no surprise on the invoice afterwards.

On the day, we're on-site for up to 6 hours.

We've been planning private and corporate events on Tenerife since 1995, not just weddings. One person coordinates everything on the ground, so you're never chasing three different suppliers who don't know each other.
After an initial consultation, we build a concept for your event, source and book the venue, and coordinate every supplier involved. On-site, we handle styling and design, manage the full-day timeline and look after your guests — and we're there in person on the day itself. Depending on the occasion, that can extend to catering and bar service, live music or a DJ, photography and videography, flowers and decoration, guest transport, or lighting and staging.
Costs depend on guest numbers, venue and scope — you'll get a proposal built around your event, not a package pulled off a shelf.
